2007 Banner Contest
Thank you for participating the Chinatown Banner Design
Contest. We had received 45 submissions. There were nearly 500
people voting through ballots and emails. The Banner Design
Contest Committee had considered the voting result and the comments
and eventually finalized that the #33 design by Chi Ho Yeung
is the winner of the contest.
VCBIA is going to get the winning design in production of the
new Chinatown Banner and will be posted up at the Chinatown
lamppost in May, 2007. The new design will replace the retiring
“Dragon Lantern” Banner and continuous the mission
as a welcoming sign to all the people visiting Chinatown!More...
